CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a cancellation policy which has been introduced due to a number of ‘no shows’. If you do not telephone us at 07908908005 giving up at least 24 hours notice of your cancellation, you will not be refunded and will lose the full lesson amount. If you do give us 24 hours notice then you will be given the opportunity to reschedule your lesson to another time/day.

Do you have a child with additional needs? Would you be interested in a ridden/non-ridden sensory programme involving horses, to support your child’s communication, self esteem and confidence? Our staff have lots of experience with children with a range of abilities and will alter our services to cater your child’s specific needs.
